Learning objectives:

• I can go out in the hallway with my group and take photos for each of the seven composition techniques I researched earlier this week.

Step by Step:

1. Strong shows you how to focus on the cameras, how to import photos into Lightroom, and how to export them.
2. Go out and make seven images for the seven Composition Techniques for Composition Scavenger hunt. Each person needs to take and turn in their own photos.
3. Project is due on Monday.

Step by Step:

1. Strong goes over how to turn in the photo for the First Photo Challenge: Mi Familia. into Google Classroom.
2. Strong goes over how to t urn in a link to your visual journal for the first week’s posts into Google Classroom.
3. Do today’s warm up, Reflection on Mi Familia
4. Post a copy of the Mi Familia Picture to your visual journal.
5. Post your sketches for New Beginnings, Exquisite Corpse and the sketch for Mi Familia to Your visual journal.

2. Post a copy of the Mi Familia Picture to your visual journal.
3. Turn in the photo for the First Photo Challenge: Mi Familia. into Google Classroom.
4. Post your sketches for New Beginnings, Exquisite Corpse and the sketch for Mi Familia to Your visual journal.
5. Monday you will share a link to your visual journal into Google Classroom.

• I understand the requirements of the first photo challenge, Mi Familia.

Step by Step:

1. Post your sketches for New Beginnings & Exquisite Corpse to Your visual journal.
2. Do today’s warm up, The Best Photo You Ever Took.
3. Read over the requirements & plan out your shots for the First Photo Challenge: Mi Familia.
4. Sketch out how you will make your photo for Mi Familia.

For this first photo challenge, you will use your phones to take a picture of a family member or loved one, someone you consider to be family to you. tkae it with your phone, and show the love you have for this person by placing them in the frame in a way that shows that love. By using a filter that shows off the qualities about that person you love the most.

THE PHOTO DOES NOT HAVE TO BE OF A PARENT, OR EVEN A FAMILY MEMBER, THE PHOTO COULD BE OF A PERSON YOU CONSIDER TO BE FAMILY.

Look through the photos you have on your phone for other pictures of this person, did you show your love for them in the way you framed them in the shot? What could you do differently?

Photo will be due on Friday, 1/31 into Google Classroom. Photos must be taken between now and the end of the period on Friday, 1/31. No previously taken photos, please.

Step by Step:

1. In groups work on the Exquisite Corpse Project.
2. Take a photo of your group’s creation.
3. Upload it to your visual journal.
4. Strong will go over the rules of this class.
5. We will play Kahoot.
