  1. Today’s Activity: Shooting a slow Shutter Speed Photo.
  2. Work in groups with a tripod.
  3. Create a slow shutter effect.: Slow Zoom, Ghosted Image, Light Painting.
  4. Transfer photos and have one final photo before the end of the period. Slow Shutter with Storytelling.

Friday:

Brainstorm ways to add a storytelling element to your image. Shoot a final version of the image that has slow shutter speed and a storytelling image.

Today’s Activity: Shoot One Slow Shutter Speed Photo

Your mission for today is take one slow shutter speed photo with the help of your table mates.

Step 1: Sign out a camera and a tripod.

Step 2: Set up the tripod. You will need to help each other out to accomplish this.

Step 3: Each person will take a picture of someone else in their group. Everyone shoots their own individual images. (USE THE TV Mode)

Step 4: Capture either a slow zoom, a ghosted image, or a light painted image, using yesterday’s demonstration as an inspiration.

Step 5: Use the video on changing shutter speed on our cameras and the post on the different types of slow shutter speed images for ideas on how to accomplish this.

Step 6: Transfer your photos from your computer to your User Storage folder.

Please help out anyone you can. There is only one of me, and I am not here today.

– Strong

Tomorrow:
